Hi! My name is Abigail and I've previously worked as a lifeguard and a swim instructor. I was also a varsity diver on my high school swim and dive team. I am CPR/AED and First Aid certified. I cannot wait to get you or your little ones swimming!
Hi everyone! My name is Gabbie and I'm one of the swim instructors here :) I've worked with all different types of kids and I'm an experienced athlete. Making sure your child is water safe and confident in the pool is my top priority! If you like early mornings and caffeine, I'm your girl! We can't wait to welcome you into Vitaminsea!

Hello everyone! My name is Cara. I have 6 years of instructing and coaching experience and 15 years of competitive swim experience. I began competing at the age of 5 and swam year-round starting at the age of 8. I finished my swim career in college when I had to stop due to a sport-related injury. Swimming is still my passion, even though I no longer compete.
I also have lifeguarding experience, babysitting experience, and my advanced open water certificate in scuba diving. I have worked with all age groups, from infants to adults. Building confidence and having fun in the pool is what I do! I can’t wait to teach you or your child all about the joys of water. Welcome to VitaminSea!
Hi everyone! My name is Hailey and I am currently a student at The University of South Florida. I was on a summer swim team for four years and I swam competitively on my high school swim team.
Last year I was a lifeguard at Adventure Island and I have also nannied/babysat for families over the years. Growing up when not in the water, I would spend my time volunteering at summer camps with kids of all ages. I love swimming and look forward to sharing that passion with others!

Hi! I’m Sam and I'm an instructor at Vitamin Sea Swim School. I have been spending every summer in the water for as long as I can remember, growing up if I wasn’t at practice for my swim team I was at the beach or in the pool.
I have been working in childcare since I was 15 so it’s safe to say I absolutely love children. I am so excited to meet your littles and be a part of such a core experience for them!

Hi everyone my name is Ava! I am currently attending college at La Salle University and am apart of their Division 1 swimming program. I have always loved being in the water and started swimming competitively when I was 8 years old.
I have also coached kids in the past and always enjoyed seeing them love what they do and support them through swimming! I love kids and always want them to succeed! I can’t wait to meet everyone and have a lot of fun in the pool!
